Cancellation Policy
✨️A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancelations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. 100% of the service will be charged for no call/no shows. I understand that delays can occasionally happen, which is why I allow a 20-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 20 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we will need to reschedule your appointment to ensure adequate time and quality of your service. The late/reschedule fee is 50% of your scheduled service and will be added on to your next appointment.
